Jackie Tumwine is a global health law scholar at Georgetown University Law Center’s O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law. Jackie has been involved in tobacco control advocacy both in her home country, Uganda and internationally with the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC). Jackie’s interests include tobacco control, human rights, health legislation, international development aid and Africa.
